I am an individual, couple and family therapist. I am also a qualified EMDR therapist.
With 38 years of experience in healthcare — and more than two decades specialising in child, adolescent, and family mental health — I bring a calm, compassionate, and thoughtful approach to my therapeutic work.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, with a strong focus on trauma, attachment, grief, and emotional regulation.
I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and families, including those with autism and ADHD.
I am a qualified Autism assessor trained to use the ADOS and ADI-R toolkit.
I aim to offer a thoughtful, respectful space for neurodivergent people and their families — whether they are navigating life post-diagnosis, waiting for assessment, or exploring how neurodiversity shapes their experiences.
I believe in creating a space where children, young people, and adults feel heard, understood, and supported — at their own pace and in their own way.
