Family therapy (systemic psychotherapy) works with the whole family—or the people who matter most—to improve communication, reduce conflict, and create change that lasts at home, school and work.
It focuses on how you relate to and understand one other.
Rather than placing blame the aim is to create a safe space where everyone’s voice can be heard so that unhelpful patternscan be understood and changed.
Whether your family is coping with conflict, living with an illness, or adjusting to life changes, we will work together to strengthen communication, restore connection, and support each other’s wellbeing.
Sessions can include joint and individual conversations, with clear goals agreed collaboratively.
